Veterinary Nurse

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
  • Certificate III in Companion Animal Studies

Since graduating her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2016 Alanah had been working full time as a Veterinary Nurse in a small animal parctice in Stirling. As of August 2020 she was been given a great opportunity to join the team at AdelaideVet!

Alanah is excited to work in such a progressive and fast paced environment and is looking forward to furthering her knowledge in non-routine surgical cases and emergency nursing.

With her famiy originally based in NSW, Alanah was born in the country town of Tamworth. Over the course of her life she has lived in four different states and has found herself happily settled in the Adelaide Hills. She has always been surrounded by an assortment of animals growing up, ranging from dogs, cats bunnies, guinea pigs, native birds, parrots and hand raised sheep. She has also thouroughly enjoyed volunteer work through the Hahndorf Animal Shelter and RSPCA whilst studying.

In her spare time she enjoys strong coffee, hiking through the Adelaide Hills, DJing professionally for events and clubs around Adelaide and spending her summers by the beach.
