Visit one of our hospitals and our team will assist you to complete an enrolment form. You will then receive any treatments that are currently required and the full program will be outlined. Alternatively, you can call one of our hospitals and we can set up your pet’s Total Wellness Plan membership over the phone. Please note you will need to advise your dog’s weight if you have not visited our hospitals previously.
