- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
Nicola has always had a deep love for animals, which led her to pursue a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2019. Since then, she has worked with a variety of veterinary organisations, with one of her most rewarding experiences being in a shelter, helping animals in need find their forever homes.
Currently, Nicola is loving her role at AdelaideVet Goodwood, where she continues to provide compassionate care to pets and their families. Her passion for helping homeless animals remains strong—she has fostered a former racing greyhound and cared for around 10 rescue cats over the years.
A standout moment in her career was volunteering full-time for 2.5 months at the only veterinary clinic in the Cook Islands, providing essential care to animals in the community.
Although she doesn’t have any pets at the moment, Nicola hopes to adopt a furry companion (or two!) in the future.
