At the end of your current Total Wellness Plan membership, your parasite preventatives will no longer be delivered. However, as a Best for Pet Wellness Plan member, you’ll receive 10% off parasite protection when purchasing in the clinic, making it even easier to keep your pet protected.
The Best for Pet Wellness Plan is just $45 per month per pet, offering exceptional value for comprehensive care. There is one standard plan, available for cats and dogs only. The cost does not vary based on age or weight.
If you don’t currently have a Wellness Plan, you can join Best for Pet right away! For existing members, your transition will occur at your renewal date.
A wellness plan is not a replacement for pet insurance. A wellness plan will provide your pet with all they need to stay healthy, whilst pet insurance will cover them for any accidents or illnesses that may affect them. Pet insurance is still recommended.
Total Wellness Plan FAQs
Your current Total Wellness Plan will remain active until its renewal date. At that time, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to the Best for Pet Wellness Plan and enjoy its new features and benefits.
If you’re already on a Total Wellness Plan, you don’t need to do anything right now. When your current Total Wellness Plan is up for renewal, we’ll provide all the information you need to transition seamlessly via email.
Our friendly clinic team is here to help! Feel free to contact us during your next visit or reach out via phone or our contact form for assistance.
The Total Wellness Plan is a 12-month commitment, and if you would like to cancel earlier then please contact us. In the event of a plan being cancelled for any reasons other than a pet passing, monies outstanding on the remainder of the plan (12 months) are payable by the client, regardless of use as per the terms and conditions of the plan agreed upon commencement
In the unfortunate event of a pet’s death, the Total Wellness Plan will be cancelled and payments stopped once AdelaideVet is notified. Plans purchased upfront will be eligible for an adjustment credit based on the remainder of the plan only.
After hours and emergency consultations are not included in the Total Wellness Plan. Unlimited consultations only apply to standard consultations during our normal open hours. As an AdelaideVet client, your pets full medical records and contact details are available at all AdelaideVet clinics, so if you have an emergency or after-hours need for your pet we can quickly and easily access their medical file to assist in optimal treatment at our Trinity Gardens practice.
