“I am so excited to be involved in a program that is going to spark the passion and love of veterinary medicine in graduates. I love mentoring and watching a new graduate expand their skills, grow in confidence, and become the experienced veterinarian that they can be proud of.

This program will deliver tailored growth plans and an on-site mentor to guide your development. It aims to provide a psychologically safe space for new veterinarians to learn, experience and make mistakes within a supportive team environment. Medical, surgical, and psycho-social learning modules will provide a structured learning plan to enhance the new graduate experience and produce confident, experienced, and resilient veterinarians.”
