  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
When you check your cat into one of our boarding facilities, we have a trained member of our staff spend some time with you learning about your cat’s usual routine and particulars. Likewise, on check out we like one of our staff to let you know how your cat went while boarding and give any advice we think may be helpful, specific to your pet. To make sure we have someone available to spend this time with you we try at the time of booking to schedule specific check in/out times with you. Generally, we are available to check in/out your cat between 9am – 10am and between 4pm – 5pm Monday to Friday, please contact your local clinic to confirm times.

Please note we are unable to facilitate check in or check out on weekends.
