Amanda grew up in Kadina with a country life-style and country values, but not long after finishing Uni, she headed interstate and started what ended up being a long career Consulting in the Banking and Finance sector based out of Sydney but working all over the world. After having a family and returning to South Australia, her perspective on work changed and her desire to contribute to something meaningful lured her into the Not For Profit sector.
After managing two South Australian charities for 10 years, Amanda’s love of animals attracted her to AdelaideVet and she is delighted to be able to use her management and business skills to help our furry friends.
Outside of work Amanda enjoys good food, good company and staying healthy so she can keep up with her husband, 2 teenagers and 2 golden retrievers.
