Dr Maddie was born in England, but raised in New Zealand, where she obtained her veterinary degree at Massey University in Palmeston North. She has since moved to Adelaide chasing the sunshine and to be in a bigger city while she develops her skills. Growing up with a whole range of pets, from fish, guinea pigs, cats and dogs, to goats, chickens and alpaca Dr Maddie fell in love with animals. From a young age her dream was to become a veterinarian. She enjoys the variety of animals she now gets to see every day, getting to meet their lovely owners and performing animal surgery. When Dr Maddie is not busy being a vet, she loves spending time at the beach, going to the gym, listening to Taylor Swift, playing a game of netball and spending time with her friends. She’s looking forward to giving your pets lots of love, care and cuddles.
